At Fountain Hills Middle School, we encourage our students to participate in athletics. We offer a variety of competitive sports to participate in ranging from flag football to soccer to volleyball. To participate in athletics, students must be passing all subjects and have a current physical on file. The sports waiver and physical evaluation forms can accessed by clicking on the links below.
