Welcome to Fountain Hills Middle School, home of the Falcons, where we say, “Falcons rock, Falcons rule, Falcons have the coolest school!” Within our walls you will find a safe, collaborative, and fun environment where all teachers share a common goal: to help students meet and exceed the performance levels required by the Arizona Department of Education. We achieve this goal in a team-based learning environment which promotes a sense of belonging and responsibility to the individual and the team. Teaming provides students with a shared group of teachers who guide them through the learning activities of the year. At FHMS, we encourage collaborative teaching and learning, technology-rich classrooms, a vibrant arts program, athletic and extracurricular opportunities, a safe learning environment, individual responsibility, and family/community involvement.

To create and maintain a safe, supportive teaching and learning environment that meets the needs of each student; to offer experiences that support the development of social-emotional skills and physical fitness; and to build partnerships with our families and community.

The FHMS Mission Statement:

Parents, you are encouraged to remain active in your child’s education at FHMS. We invite you to consider volunteering for a favorite teacher, volunteer for a special event, or take on a leadership role in the Fountain Hills PTO.
